What more could I ask for? It is my absolute pleasure to introduce the directors leading Business for Youth this year. After a careful and honestly tedious process of reviewing applicants, I chose a team that I believe truly represents the passion and dedication this initiative deserves. This team is not just a team of directors, but a group of people who genuinely care about helping young people build real business literacy and confidence in themselves. I'm so proud of what we've already built together, and even more excited for what's ahead this year. We're currently working on an economic and business booklet that will be distributed across universities, MUN conferences, and libraries throughout Seoul, making business education more accessible to students everywhere. Alongside that, we will be continuing our interview project, where we speak with business individuals and industry experts to share real insights, stories, and advice for anyone looking to break into the industry. There's so much more in the works, and I can't wait to share it all with you. Thank you for being part of this journey with us — please follow along as we grow!

Social Media Director

Hi everyone!! My name is Sofia I’m a sophomore in high school and I joined joined Business for Youth last year as a graphic designer because I’m very passionate about business and wanted to get involved in an initiative where I could help people learn about it. This year I am the social media director and I’m so excited to have a leadership role within this organization and help it grow. My goals for this year include starting new social media series and connecting with other initiatives. Looking forward to everything!

Evelyn Ouyang

Writers Director

Hi! My name is Evelyn, and I’m excited to serve as the Writing Director for Business for Youth. I’m a rising sophomore in high school, and I joined Business for Youth because I’m passionate about making educational opportunities for children around the world, which is exactly what Business For Youth does! Furthermore, I also really love combining my interests in business and writing to create engaging, informative, and meaningful content that can inspire young learners. Through this role, I hope to help educate others and make a positive impact on our global community.

Ashwika Koppisetti

Outreach Director

Hi! I’m Ashwika Koppisetti, and I am the Director of Outreach for Business for Youth. I am a rising junior at Foothill and am interested in pursuing a career in business, specifically something in marketing or HR. I joined Business for Youth because I wanted to help people learn more about business, while also learning more leadership skills. My goal during my time as Director of Outreach is to make an impact on people’s knowledge and interest in business.

Hi, I'm Aadhya, a high school sophomore. As a homeschooled student, I joined Business for Youth to gain exposure to business clubs and international opportunities, and through BFU, I've been able to explore different areas of business, such as outreach, while connecting with a diverse community of students. I'm excited to continue learning, gaining experience, and participating in upcoming projects, activities, and events!

Tarynn Ocampo

Creative Projects Director

Hello! I am Tarynn Ocampo and I am the Creatives Project Director for Business for Youth. I’m currently a 4th year junior high school student based in the Philippines with a passion to pursue a career in the medical field, specifically as an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse abroad. I joined Business for Youth because I wish to be part of an active organization that strives to empower members of the youth worldwide with business-related content in order for them to grasp a better understanding regarding the field. My goals during my term as the Creatives Project Director is to help in accomplishing projects that make a significant impact towards members of the youth around the globe. I’m excited to see how Business for Youth will carry out their mission of helping provide access towards business content to people around the world!

Hi! My name is Sumi, and I am the Engagement Director for Business for Youth. I joined this organization because I am passionate about connecting with others and helping young people explore opportunities in business and leadership. As someone who hopes to major in business in the future, I am excited to gain experience, learn from professionals, and develop skills that will help me achieve my goals. I look forward to contributing to a community that empowers the next generation of business leaders.
